How much is a serving of oats?
There is no limit to how many oats you can use, but as a general guide, I use 50g (1/2 cup) dry.

How many times a day do you eat oats?
At least once at breakfast; often twice for dinner; sometimes three times when I have it for lunch too!

Whats the difference between porridge and oatmeal?
People tend to use these two words interchangeably. Porridge refers to any grain (oats, buckwheat, rice, quinoa etc.) cooked in a liquid. Oatmeal is the specific name for oat porridge. From experience, people from the UK use the word 'porridge', and elsewhere use 'oatmeal'.

I'm celiac/gluten free. Can I eat oatmeal?
Yes! Just look for gluten-free oats. There are also alternatives such as rice flake porridge out there too.

There are so many benefits! Some of the best include:
-Better heart health due to beta-glucan, a type of fibre that lowers cholesterol.
-Better digestion thanks to the high levels of fibre.
-Keeps you full and energised for longer as they're slow-release, wholegrain carbohydrates (which aren't bad!)
