Cool As A Cucumber Oats
Refreshing cucumber with a hint of cinnamon and creamy yoats make this porridge recipe perfect for a summer morning.
40g Oats
200ml Boiling Water
100g Greek Yogurt
1tsp Cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
Cucumber Slices
Combine the oats and cinnamon, then pour over the boiling water and leave to soak. It should thicken as it cools.
Once completely cool, stir in the yogurt.
Top with cucumber and sprinkle with cinnamon.
