Random Recipe!

RANDOM RECIPE!

This is a favourite of mine that I love to eat often. They're thick, sticky and oat so delicious! Here it is: 50g Oats 5-10g Protein powder (more protein=more thick and sticky) 5g linseed 5g cacao nibs 250ml milk of choice(or water but then it’s less creamy and thick) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a fork to remove lumps. Microwave for 4 minutes- stirring every minute to stop it from overflowing- and let cool. Put in the fridge overnight to thicken completely. In the morning, reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and you’re done! Enjoy! Let me know if you try them out- I’d love to see them!
