Superfood Choc-Chip Cookie Dough Oatmeal Recipe

It’s kinda ‘healthified’ though I hate saying that because all food is healthy in moderation!

Recipe as follows: 45g Oats 5g Cookie Protein Powder (I used @myproteinuk Speculoos) 200-250ml liquid of choice (less means more dough-like) Handful of cacao nibs Chocolate syrup to taste (Optional) 1tsp linseed 🥣Mix the oats, liquid, linseed, protein powder and cacao nibs in a bowl and microwave for 4 minutes (stirring every minute to stop it from overflowing) 🥣Take out and let cool for at least 10 minutes, though overnight is best if you want it thickkkkk. 🥣Once thickened, reheat for 1-2 minutes. 🥣Top with chocolate syrup, and anything else you like! I think chocolate chips, crumbled cookies or peanut butter would be nice 😋
