Thick 'n' Sticky Proats Recipe
THICK N STICKY PROATS RECIPE:
🥣50g Oats (finer cut works best!) 🥣10g protein powder 🥣150ml milk of choice 🥣100ml water Step 1. Combine oats and protein powder together. Mix well with a fork to evenly distribute the protein powder and break up any clumps. Step 2. Add the liquids and continue to mix well with a fork to prevent lumps forming. Step 3. Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring every minute to stop it from overflowing. Step 4. Leave to cool. Step 5. Once cooled completely, put in the fridge and leave overnight to thicken completely. Step 6. In the morning, reheat for 2 minutes and ENJOY!
