Rude Health Hazelnut Butter and Cacao Porridge Pot Review

Rude Health Hazelnut butter and Cacao Porridge Pot Review www.rudehealth.com

I had this pot this morning after having some fasted blood tests. It was certainly needed- I was starving! And what a great way to fuel up, this porridge is delish! It tastes like Fererro Rocher: smooth hazelnut with silky chocolate. It even has the crunchy texture too because of the cacao nibs, which add an even deeper, darker, bitter flavour. It’s obviously a sweet porridge but isn’t sugary or artificial-tasting at all. It’s totally natural with ingredients you can understand. It makes a thick consistency that is wet and still will drop of the spoon, but not soupy. I recommend leaving it for atlease 10 minutes because it does take a while to thicken. (If you can wait that long!). It’s medium in heaviness. It will satisfy you for breakfast, but you may need a snack to keep you going until lunch. Like I said before it has knobbly cacao nibs so isn’t completely smooth but the porridge part of it is smooth and silky.

Overall, it’s a tasty pot that has an excellent flavour. You could have this for breakfast, snack, or even an indulgent dessert! Plus it’s dairy-free too so vegans can enjoy! @rudehealth Have you tried this? What do you think? Let me know!
